CLIMAX (2018) REVIEW

This was the first movie which I saw of Gaspar Noé and I must admit that it was phenomenal. The director has taken the audience, on a roller coaster ride with excellent music and cinematography. The camera movements and continuous shot, with intense story kept audiences on edge of their seat. The movie starts with
a troupe of young dancers gathers in a remote and empty school building to rehearse. That celebration turns out into a nightmare when one of the dancers drink is been laced with potent LSD. The eye of the camera reveals incredible dance skills, a hypnotizing choreography and the paranoia that grows in intensity to climax. Life and death presented as terrifying experiences and the endless music that maintains an exhausting atmosphere, make you remember this movie for a long time. There were some moments which were humorous and some were dark. In all its a must watch movie for an insane and terrifying experience.

MY RATINGS: 10/10
